Purpose: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory , to study the effect of RRL's capsule on rat acute lung injury(ALI) induced by BLM on the 3 rd day and 7th day in terms of the lung function, lung pathology and TNF-α , MCP-1 and GM-CSF in rat serum, in order to analyze the treatment mechanism of RRL's capsule on inflammatory in ALLMethod: The Wistar rats are divided into control group, BLM group, BLM+RRL group(Chinese medicine group) and BLM+MPD group(hormone group). The ALI model is made by intratracheal bleomycin (5mg/kg) and through tracheal intubation, injecting Blemycin into the lung of the rats and the control is injected 0.9%N.S instead of BLM. After 24 hours, homologous therapies are introduce to the rats. The control group and the model group are affused by 0.9%N.S, and the other groups are affused by the relevant remedy. And then, on the 3 rd day and the 7th day, all the rats would be killed one by one according to its groups. The lung coefficient and the lung Permeation index are applied to demonstrate the inflammatory edema and Permeation degree of lung. Blood gas analyzer are employed to indicate lung function. H.E. staining and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are used to illustrate lung pathology feature. TNF- α ? MCP-1 and GM-CSF in serum are checked with enzyme linked immunoabsorb assay(ELISA).Results:1. The lung coefficient and the lung Permeation index are increased , at the same time, PaO2 and O2Sat are decreased on the 3rd and 7th points in BLM group. Compared with BLM group, the range of decribed above in RRL+BLM group and MPD+BLM group is lower. And RRL+BLM group's effect in improving PaO2 is better than the MPD+BLM group.2. On the 3day and the 7day after BLM administration, the pathology study...
