| Objective: To investiagte the cellular leiomyomas of uterin's clinic and prognosisMethods: We conducted a retrospective review of 100 CL and 100 BL from our hospital between 2000.1 ~ 2004. 6. Experiment group:Patients' ages ranged from 24 to 60 years (mean 45. 56 + 1. 42years), include three patients who had broken off the menstruation five years. Control group: Patients' ages ranged from 26 to 59years (mean 42. 36 + 1. 68years). To discuss the difference of the clinc behaver and course of diseases. The colour blood stream had difference between the two groups throw the color ultrasongraphy. Treatment include hysterectomy and myomectomy for various reasons . Observe the histological criteria of dense cellarity, cell atypia and nuclear mitosis showed a close correlation, age and the size of the tumors and nuclear mitosis' s correlation, Follow-up periods ranged from 2 to 66 months, observed the Patients' for recurrent and canceration.Results: 523 patiens with smooth muscle tumors of the uterus include 100 patiens with cellular leiomyoma of the uterus. Incidence was 19. 31%.BL's incidence was 78.62%. Obvious the BL's incidence is higher than CL. The clinc behaver and course of diseases of CL is very similer with BL. They had no difference with each other. (p>0.05) The experiment group and control group had obvious difference by through comparaed the RI. (P<0. 01)The CL had few or no appeared putrescence of tumor cells.The 100 patiens were seized of cantlet or mostly dense cellarity ,28 patiens tumors were cell atypa, 22 patiens'tumors were nuclear mitosis showed 1~6/10HPF. Based the dense cellarity, the cell atypa and nuclear mitosis showed a close correlation(p<0.01). When the dense cellarity manifolded, the nuclear mitosis and nuclear mitosis's count appeared more. The control group had disappeared the cell atypa and nuclear mitosis. They had difference from the cell atypa and nuclear mitosis, sothe cl is a Uterine smooth muscle tumor of uncertain, undterminde or unknown malignant potential , USMUMP. By studied the age and the size of tumors and nuclear mitosis' relationship , they made no difference. (p>0.05) , The results meant the cellular leiomyoma of uterus' s nuclear and the size of tumors extraneous age in this group.The experiment based on the patiens's age , tumor's size, vegetal position, vegetal speed and requested by bearing , we took various operated fashion, (include hysterectomy or myomectomy or hysterectomy and one side or both side resection). The treatment had no differece with the BL. Follow-up periods ranged from 2 to 66 moths, observed the experimentgroup had 4 patiens recurrented,1 patient had canceration. The recurernce rate is 4%, the canceration rate isl%. the control group had 3patiens recurrented , no one had canceration. The recurrence rate is 3%. The prognosis is very nice.The smooth muscle tumor had many pattern oforganization. They often showed benigin. Between leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma there exists a sories of borderline smooth muscles tumors of the uters, including cellular leiomyomas. Cellular leiomyomas of uterus is a typical smooth muscle tumor investigate by microscope , the leiomyomas is obvious cellular than aroude the muscle of uterus. But the "Obvious" degree is not definituded. It completeness depended on subjiective assume. Recently brought forward a" highly cellular leiomyomas" is a sort of smooth tumor of uterus, which histological configuration similar with endometrium mesenchyma tumor. The cellular leimyomas not appeared cell putrescence .
