Clinical And Experimental Study On Therapy Systemic Inflammatory Reaction Syndrome Caused By Peritonitis With The Method Of Purgative And Blood-activating

Recently, following the development of molecular-biology, bacterial translocation and endotoxemia, which resulting from peritonitis, can lead to systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome (SIRS) and multi-organ dysfunctions (MODS).Except for operation, which is combined with antibiotics,we should prevent the systemic inflammatory reaction from happening and protect organ's function. Some experimental researches have showed that some Chinese herbal drugs have notable effects in the treatment of acute abdomen, which can reduce endotoxin content in peripheral blood and regulate some inflammatory mediator's overexpress. In the clinical part of this research, The principle of treatment is purgation and blood-activating and stasis-eliminating. Through nasal feeding or enema, the result shows exact and satisfactory curative effect. The total effective rate reach 88.57%, which is much better than the contrasting group by traditional routine treatment. And this therapeutic plan has no obvious toxic side effects. Through cecal ligation and punctures(CLP) to make animal model, the experimental part of research shows that this way has many functions, such as anti-inflammation, prohibiting bacterial translocation, inhibiting inflammatory mediator's overexpress, decrease intra-abdominal pressure (IAP),and improving the resumption of gastrointestinal functions. This thesis discuss the relative problems of research in base of Chinese and modern medical theories.
