Clinical Study On Method Of Strengthening The Spleen And Kidney, Activating Blood Circulation And Eliminating Turbidity In Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of strengthening the spleen and kidney, activating blood circulation and eliminating turbidity in treating early Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with early Diabetic Nephropathy were divided into two groups by random, among these patients, test group(30) were treated by Tang shenning which based on strengthening the spleen and kidney, activating blood circulation and eliminating turbidity.control group(36) were treated by Lotensin, two months was a course of treatment. After 60 days , the experiment index(blood glucose, blood lipid, blood rheology, UAER, β₂-MG, TRF, NAG, ET, NO, TXB₂, 6-k-PGF₁)were compared to those in the beginning. Results: The clinical study showed that Tang shenning had good therapeutic efficacy in early DN, could effectively improne the clinical symptoms, descend the blood glucose and blood lipid, improve the blood rheology, descend the UAER and β₂-MG, TRF, NAG in urine, decrease ET, NO, TXB₂, 6-k-PGF₁, markbly .There is significant difference between the test group and the control group. Conclusion: The method of strengthening the spleen and kidney, activating blood circulation and eliminating turbidity can protect the renal function of early DN patients, and prevent its deterioration.
