Objective Most of college students are in their key time of physical and psychological development, so they are easy to get psychosomatic problems, and the incidence rate has been higher and higher these years. This problem has caused attention of related people. Medical students have its own problem related to their majority. There have been many studies on college students' psychological health, but there are few studies on college students' psychosomatic health. There are many factors which can affect students' health, but few studies focus on the general effect of biology , psychology and society. This research was on psychosomatic health of medical students in a cross-sectional way and the factors that are related to the students' health are also systematically discussed.Methods All the students came from Tianjin Medical University.They will get bachelor degree. In this study the participants answered the same questionnaire and the researcher were trained together and were asked to do the research in the same way. The data of psychosomatic condition was analyzed in the descriptive method, and related factors in non-conditional Logistic method.Results The results were as follow: medical students' psychosomatic health condition is not different statistically in different gender , nation and it is also not association with if you are only child or where you were born, city or countryside; their personality feature is "seven highs and seven slows"; their main coping style is "solving the problem" and "asking for help" ; medical students' pressure came from studying, relationship, losing, health and punishmenin in order.Grade is significantly related to screening result, as grade goes on, the risk is higher.
