And to evaluate the initial clinical application review. Methods The artifical sponginess skin can be obtained from the effervesced chitin. Dermal wound models were formed on albino rat's right hind legs and divided into trial group, control group and blank control group evenly by means of random number table. The chitin artifical skin and Vaseline were covered to the skin wounds in the trial and control groups, but normal sodium in the blank control group. The granulation tissue formation were observed with naked eye after 6 days . The differences between the three groups were compared by light microscope and electron microscope observation. The skin anaphylaxis test of the chitin: To observer the allergic response of the injection site after the chitin solution were subcutaneously injected. The differences between the three groups were compared by the albino rats injected NS(negative) and 2-Nitrochlorobenzene(positive). The acute toxicity test of the chitin: To test the reaction of the albino rats which the chitin solution were given i.v. The hepatic and renal function of these animals would be checked after two weeks. The rats injected NS were blank control group. To test the reaction of the albino rats which the chitin solution were given po after two weeks. The method of clinical application: The multihole drainage tube were inserted in the sandwich of artifical skin its size were same as the raw surface's. Then the chitin artificial skin were sutured to the skin around the wound and the wound were sealed up with a pieces of membrane. The drainage tube connected a vacuum aspiration device. The artifical skin with better blood supply would be removed about one week and those with lesser blood supply would be removed after 10-14 days. Results 1. The model of albino rats was mature. The chitin artifical skin has better accelerating the granulation tissue formation ability than Vaseline. The results given has statistical significance and could be further confirmed by light microscope and electron microscope.2. The results of toxicity test and anaphylaxis test suggest that the chitin artifical skin is a nontoxic and nonanaphylaxis engineering tissue for albino rat.3. The granulation tissue formation is better in clinical application review and provides a direct condition for liber dermatoplasty. Conclusion The chitin artifical skin is a safty temporary covering and nontoxic and nonanaphylaxis. It can accelerate wound healing in granulation tissue formation and treat skin defect, meanwhile it provides fresh granulation tissue for the second dermatoplasty. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Chitin, Artifical skin, Granulation tissue, Toxicity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
