The systemic lupus erythematosus is a kind of the self-immunitydiseases. There being a great deal of the self-antibodies and immunitycompounds in the body, it results in the organization injury all over thebody, among which the kidney damage is the most familiar, and about80% patients sufferer from it. If a patient has the manifest ofalbuminuria, and/or hematuria, or diminution of the kidney function,then the diagnosis of lupus nephritis can be established, and pathologychange happened in almost all patients.Objective To find out the relationship of lupus nephritisactivity and the damage of kidney, using the method of systemic lupuserythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) and laboratoryexaminations.Methods Retrospective analyze the differences of theSLEDAI,laboratory examination,abnormal in immunology beforeand after the therapy by comparing 34 patients in lupus nephritis withrenal inadequacy with 35 SLE patients whose renal function werenormal .Results Compared with the group with normal renal fuction, inthe group with renal inadequacy, urine protein was more and albuminwas less ,the quantity of the ds-DNA,C3,C4,IgG were less,theSLEDAI was higher, and the differences were notable. and after the...
