Pulling Manipulation In Supine Position And According To Pathological-changed Vertebra-space Therapy To Cervical-Spondylotic Rediculopathy

Object To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Tuina in treating Cervical-Spondylotic Radiculopathy from the side of Pulling Manipulation in Supine Position and According to Pathological-changed Vertebra-space Therapy. Methods 58 patients diagnosed Cervical-Spondylotic Radiculopathy were divided into two groups, therapeutic groups (30 patients) were treated by Pulling Manipulation in Supine Position and According to Pathological changed Vertebra-space Therapy, contract groups (28 patients) were treated by commonly used manipulations. Comparing the clinical curative effect, complex evaluation of pain, varieties between different TCM diagnosis and effect, changes of X-rays, indexes of blood rheology, et al. Results The clinical observing shows that both of the therapetic groups and contract groups have dissimilar curative effects, while it shows that the curative effect of therapetic groups was better than contract groups in clinical curative effect, complex evaluation of pain, indexes of blood rheology, et al. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Between different TCM diagnosis and effect, Wind-cold-damp Syndrome and Qi-stagnation-blood-stasis Syndrome were clearly better than other syndromes (P <0.05) .Conclusion Clinical study shows that Pulling Manipulation in Supine Position and According to Pathological-changed Therapy to Cervical-Spondylotic Radiculopathy has better curative effect, it can obviously improve series of clinical symptoms such as numbness and pain in the head, neck, shoulder and arm. It is worth studying deeply and applying popularly to clinical practice.
