Reconstituted bone xenograft is comprised with bone morphogenetic protein and bovine trabecular bone , BMP has high osteoinductivity, bone xenograft which has no antigen, the combination with the two materials not only avoid the violent exclusion, but also concentrate the active osteoinductive material. ARBX is carried with RBX, compound with a certain dose gentamicin, covered with collgen and PCL. It is a local drug delivery system, and it can release gentamicin slowly in vivo. So it has the effect of preventing and treating infection. At the same time, it has the effect of osteoinductivity and osteoconductivity, repair bone defects. The aim is to study the reconstituted bone xenograft in clinical use. There are three aspects. One is the prevention of infection, two is the treatment of infection, three is the acceleration of the bone union speed. The method is to review the data of xijing hospital. The data are comprised with cases of open fractures, osteomyelitis and infectious bone ununion, bone unnion postsurgery internal fixation. The data base has been established based on all the cases. All the data were analyzed . We designed tabulation...
