Obserbation On Clinical Therapeutic Of CT-aided Enchosure Needling In The Treatment Of Aphasia From Apoplexy

ObjectivetThis topic tries to treat aphasia from apoplexy which is cosmopolitan esculapian puzzle, and compares it with the traditional head acupuncture so as to provid a new convenient method of certain curative effect. Method: Separating all selected patient by reduced Chinese language aphasia - scopy into light-grade, midrange and Severity-grade. Two patients in the same grade will be send into CT-aided acupuncture group (n=30) and conventional acupuncture group(n=30). For patients of CT-aided acupuncture guoup, acupuncture needles were inserted into the subcutaneous tissues around the focus-projection scalp area displayed by CT,with the needle tips towered the center of the projection . For patients of conventional acupuncture grope .Motor Area (MS 6) and Sensory Area (MS 7) on the contralate side of focus were punctured. The treatment was conduced once daily, 5 times a week, continuously for 8 weeks. Evaluated every cases according to following items: reduced Chinese language aphasia - scopy, present symptoms, activity of daily living, neurologic impairment scoring, and the value of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGFl a of blood plasma.Result:After treatments,ridit analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of CT-aided acupuncture group was significantly superior to that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05). Both of them have significantly effective on improvement of the present symptoms, activity of daily living, and the neurologic impairment scoring. Furthermore, for the latter one CT-aided acupuncture group was significantly superior to that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0. 05).Conclusion: CT-aided enchosure needling can significantly improve the linguistic function, activity of daily living and the neurologic impairment scoring of the patients of aphasia from apoplexy, accordingly improve their quality of life.
