Collection And Research Of Laryngeal Documents Of TCM In Ling Nan Areas Before The Building Up Of PRC

The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of Ling Nan areas, where has lots of famous laryngeal doctors who have different medical works, has a long history. The experience and feature of the doctors are essential to be collected and arranged because of the distinctive topography, climate, folk custom. The laryngology documents, one branch of Ling Nan TCM, also has its special value . some are scattered in civilian, library, and some are lost. So, it is necessary to be put in order.This article chiefly researched the laryngeal document in the library of China Academy of TCM, the Guang Zhou university of TCM before the People's Republic of China (PRC) was built up. Then consulted professor Li Han Jin 's 《the document database of the Ling Nan Medicine》 and Professor Liu Xiao Bin's 《the bibliography of the Ling Nan Medicine》 . In the end, I totally found five laryngeal monography which are 《 Hou Zheng Zhi Nan》 , 《 Hou Zheng Tu Shuo》 , 《the Teaching Materials of the Laryngology 》 ,《Hou She Bei Yao》 ,《Bai Hou Ji Biao Jue Wei》 .we mainly valued the monography from content summary, writer brief introduction, extant major version, academic feature, unit of collecting books to understand the experiences of the Ling Nan doctors.The climate of Ling Nan is hot and damp, so the people are easy to get murrain, cause of the special geographical environment, drinking and eating habit, the pathogenetic category and clinic prescription are different from the north, So the insufflating medicinal powder gradually is used in the treating of the laryngeal disease, totally 65 prescriptions were collected.The medical record mostly reflects the experience and gains of the doctors, by arranging the laryngeal medical records, I hope it can be the base of the learner's inheriting and developing the Ling Nan TCM. there involve 21 medical records.The nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is always called "Guang Dong Neoplasm", 80% of NPC happened in China, especially in Guang Dong, which is the only one called by geographical name.
