| Objective This study investigates the effects of hyperoxic solution on silicosis rabbits to explore the possibility of clinical application in hyperoxic solution treating silicosis. Methods The silicosis rabbit model was prepared by injection of non-exposure bronchus.Rabbits were divided randomly into three groups : control group, silica group and silica + hyperoxic solution group. Ribbits were respectively administrated saline or hyperoxic liquid. After 2 weeks, the indexes of hemorheology, red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate ( RCR) and immune complex rosette rate (ICR) were determined, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px of silicosis rabbits and the concentrations of MDA in lungs and ACP, LDH in BALF were determined.
