| Objectives: To investigate the impairments of drug abuser's cognition ; The Influence of Perceptual Learning on drug abuser's cognition and the mechanism of how the Perceptual Learning affect the drug abuser's cognition.Methods:63 drug abuser were devided into 2 groups randomly.one is experimental group(n=33),another is matched control group(n=30),and 18 healthy were chosen to be normal control group; Judged the cognition by the clinical memory scale and delete number scale, compared the three groups' score, the experimental and the normal control groups took part in perceptual learning,and the matched controls didn't, tested the three group's cognition again,compared the difference. Results:The drug abuser's memory quotient(MQ)>two memory scores of branch scale and two select attentional score were lower than the healthy normal controls ( P<0.05) ;After perceptual learning, the enhancement of experimental group's MQ all memory scores of branch scale and three scores of Delete number scale were higher than the matched controls' ( P<0.05) ; the enhancement of experimental group's MQ and some memory scores of branch scale were higher than the normal controls' ( P< 0.05 ) ; The data of perceptual learning also demonstrated that after learning,the threshold of contrast sensitivity decreased under the different External Noise Levels.the result explained that the cognition of the subjects who taked parting in the perceptual learning was improved. Conclusions: The cognitions of drug abuser are impaired; Perceptual training could speed up recovering the cognition, we assume the mechanism is that perceptual training can adjust the neuroplasticity of dependence on morphine again. |
