| Through summing up and analyzing existing classroom teaching quality assessment system in China and on the basis of research into the theories and methods of the classroom teaching quality assessment, this paper discussed in detail the structure of the classroom teaching quality assessment system at different stages in Baotou Medical College, introduced the operation of the classroom teaching quality assessment and made a comprehensive and detailed analysis of its result, dealt mainly with those exploring and improving measures and countermeasures of greater sense exercised in the development stages of classroom teaching quality system in our college-establish-practise-improve-repractise-reimprove, and raised some important issues which deserve special attention in formulating the classroom teaching quality assessment system,namely,students should be taken as a foudamental factor in the classroom teaching quality assessment,much importance should be attached to the students' opinions, suggestions and their roles in the course of drawing up assessment criteria system,advanced guiding idea should be pursued in the classroom teaching quality assessment,the proportion must be adhered to while coping with assessment relations that the priority is given to the assessment from the outside and outside assessment should be combined with self-assessment, a rigorous, and effectual assessment regulations need to be established and much attention should be paid to the construction of the classroom teaching quality assessment criteria system, etc.Some other important problems were also discussed in the paper which are closely related to the quality of assessment and need to be solved in the course of operation,in terms of the practice of classroom teaching quality assessment in our college-give full scope to the subjective initiative of both assessors and assesses to decrease errors in assessment caused by men, stick to the students-fundamental principle and make much account of the students participation in criteria system, enhance the technical research into education evaluation to improve the measures, methods and the operation links of assessment. |
