Effects Of Acupuncture On Serum Albumin,Serum Globulin And The Albumin And Globulin Ratio In The Rat Of Acute Cerebral Ischemia

The article reviewed Tradional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and western medicine advances on Acute cerebral Ischemia(ACI) research systematically,To approach to the effect of acupuncture on serum albumin,serum globulin and the albumin and globulin ratio in the rat of acute cerebral ischemia . Methods middle cerebral artery occlusion has been made in 178 Wistar rats by thread-ligation method.The content of serum albumin,serum globulin and the ratio of them in the brain have been measured in lh,3h,5h,7h,12h and 24h respectively following cerebral ischemia. Result The content of serum globulin has increased significantly after the acute cerebral ischemia ,that of serum albumin and the albumin-globulin ratio decreased significantly . Both acupuncture group and medicine group makeA, G and A/G tend to normal.The results showed that: Acupuncture can adjust the contents of A , G and A/G in the serum of rats. Accordingly,acupuncture can cure ACI on the level of serology ,decrease the fatalness of the happeness of the ischemic cerebralvascular disease.
