| Objective: To investigate the value of neuroendocrine antagonist in patients with Myocardial Infarction.Methods: We analysed plasma neuroendocrine hormone level in 158 patients who suffered myocardial infarction and took different kind of neuroendocrine antagonist .The plasma rennin activity (PRA), plasma concentration of angiotensin â…¡ (Angâ…¡ ), aldosterone (Ald), norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine(E) were measured 0 month and 6 months after the onset of observation.Results : ACEI and -Blockade;were associated with decreased PRA and Ang â…¡.Conclusion : Sympathic nerve system antagonist and RAAS antagonist appears to be associated with decreased neuroendocrine hormone , preventing of chronic heart failure for myocardial infarction patients. |
