Clinical Research On Combined Magnetic And Pressure Therapy On Sanyinjiao And The Blood Circulation Machine To Treat Prinary Dysmenorrhea

Purpose: To explore the way of treating dysmenorrhea through Sanyinjiao by the magnetic and pressure and the therapy Blood Circulation Machine(BCM).Methods: The 75 patients were divided into 5 groups: the Live Meridian group, the spleen group, the kidney group. The synthetical group Used all of the live . spleen .kidney Meridian's points group and control group. For the control group, only the BCM was applied. AS for the other groups, besides BCM, magnetic and pressure therapy on Sanyinjiao were used. The instant effect, ZY scroe and late effect were Selected for evaluation. Results: The instant effect, the ZY scroe of two curative periods in all groups were better than that before trentment.For the late and instant effect, there were significant different before and after treatment in all groups but the ZY score and late effect of the synthetical group were superior than that other groups.Conclulion: Sanyinjiao can treat dysmenorrhea through multiple methods, but the synthetical treatment may be better.
