| Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule in treating patients with Anovulation - induced Infertility diagnosed deficiency of kidney-Yang. Methods: 60 patients with Anovulation - induced Infertility diagnosed deficiency of kidney-Yang were divided into two groups randomly. Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule was given to treatment class including 30 patients. At the same time Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan was given to control class including 30 patients. Observe the changes of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, serum hormones (FSH, LH, PRL, E2, T)and clinical symptoms and signs Femal rat of 70 - day old with hydrocortion injected were used as a deficiency of kidney-Yang, model to observe the changes of tectology ( shed cell from vagina,uterus,ovary and adrenal gland) and internal secretion (FSH, LH, PRL, E2, T) Results: Total effective rate gets to 66.67% in treatment class, while total effective rate gets to 43.33% in control class and there is significant difference between them (p<0.05). the rates of pregnancy get to56.67%and 26.67%, there is significant difference between them (p<0.01).The results of the clinical study and the animal experiment manifest that Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule can increase the levels of serum FSH, serum LH, and serum E2 At the same time tectology (shed cell from vagina,uterus,ovary and adrenal gland) of rats were improved?Conclusion: There is dysfunction of hypothalamic - pituitary -ovarian axis (HPOA) in patients with Anovulation - induced Infertility diagnosed deficiency of kidney-Yang. Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule can adjust the function of HPOA,increase the levels of serum FSH, serum LH, and serum E2, improve the tectology (shed cell from vagina,uterus,ovary and adrenal gland) ,so as to enhance ovulation. |
