The Clinical Study Of Treatment Uninhibitive Neurogenic Bladder By Acupuncture With Electric Simulation

Objective: to introduce treatment of uninhibitive neurogenic bladder by acupuncture with electric simulation and to evaluate its outcome.Methods: this research discussed the clinical treatment effect through treating uninhibitive neurogenic bladder who had been cerebrovascular accident, we divided 60 patients into two groups at random allocation, thirty patients per group, we compared the different curative results of Acupuncture with Electric Stimulation, Oral Chinese Herbs with urinary diary and the biggest capacity of bladder.Result: the result indicated that every parameters show notable improvement. The urinary effective rate was about 90% and urinary incontinence rate was above 86.7%. the biggest capacity of bladder, two groups before and after treating with dramatic difference, (P< 0.01).Conclusions: curative effect of acupuncture with electric stimulation in the treatment of uninhibitive neurogenic bladder was remarkable.
