Objective:This topic uses the random grouping method to carry on the grouping, the treatment group was treated with western medicine Flavoxate Hydrochloride Tablets, and the treatment group were treated by Acupuncture plus medicine Flavoxate Hydrochloride Tablets and observe its clinical curative effect, objective to clarify the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on neurogenic bladder dysfunction,to find a safe, effective therapy for the treatment of neurogenic bladder.Methods:60 cases of clinically diagnosed with neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture plus Western medicine Flavoxate Hydrochloride Tablets group)and control group(oral administration of Western medicine,30 cases in each group and Flavoxate Hydrochloride Tablets group). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of oral medication,30 minutes for each treatment. The control group was treated with Flavoxate Hydrochloride Tablets,200 mg usage: tid.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture 6 times a week for a total of 3weeks.Two groups of patients after the end of treatment were accepted modern rehabilitation methods for rehabilitation training. The quality of life index(QOL),bladder residual urine volume and urinary flow rate were evaluated before and after treatment in 60 patients. Before and after treatment, the recovery of neurogenic bladder voiding function between the two groups was observed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods were compared.Results:(1)The quality of life index(QOL): after the treatment, significantly improved in treatment of patients with QOL score(P<0.01),the QOL score of the control group were significantly increased(P<0.05),suggesting significant differences;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05).(2)Residual urine volume assessment: after treatment, the patients in the treatment group than the bladder residual urine volume decreased, there was significant difference(P<0.01),the control group of patients with bladder residual urine volume was significantly lower than that before treatment, there was significant difference(P<0.05);the treatment group and the control groups, treatment group significantly decreased compared with the control group, the bladder residual urine volume, there was significant difference(P<0.05).(3)the maximum urine flow rate improvement assessment: after treatment, maximum urine flow rate and treatment of patients in the treatment group compared to before the improvement, there was significant difference(P<0.01),maximum urinary flow rate and control treatment group patients compared to before the improvement, there was significant difference(P<0.05);the treatment group and the control group comparison of treatment group, maximum urine flow rate improved significantly, there was significant difference(P<0.05).(4)patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.34%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:(1)Acupuncture plus Western medicine group and Western medicine group can improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence and urinary retention in patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction,And improve the patient’s urinary function.(2)Acupuncture plus Western medicine treatment group was better than the simple oral western medicine group in improving symptoms of urinary incontinence and urinary retention in patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction.
