| Hand eczema(HE) is a common dermatologic disease.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has broad prospects in treating it.Based on my tutor ,professor Du Xixian's abundant clinical experiences and the reference of ancient and modern bibliography,the dissertation is aimed to select an effective external lotion -Heidou lotion in treating hand eczema and to study the treating mechanism of it.The project is made up of two parts:the clinical study and the experimental study. In clinical study, 93 patients of HE were divided into two groups at random: 59 cases were treated with Heidou totion while the other 34 cases were treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Urea Cream.Result: the HD lotion group's clinical cure rate is 32.2% and the total effective rate is 67.8%,while the control group's clinical cure rate is 20.59% and the total effective rate is 52.94%.These two have no notable difference through statistical analysis. And the curative effect of the HD lotion group after 3 months is better than that of the control group.In experimental study ,through experiments on animal models results show that Heidou lotion has little anti-acurate inflammation effect and notable anti-IV hypersensitivity effect with little irritation to the skin.Through all these studies we can see that with good clinical effect and definite anti-IV hypersensitivity effect,HD lotion is a economical external TCM compound in treating HE.But we still have much work to do .For example, we must further the experimental studies in order to know the exact treating mechnism of HD lotion. |
