Objective:To study the X-Radiography anatomic character of the distal end of humrus and to analyse its biomechanics significance, then to probe into the significance of internal fixation of supracondylar humerus fracture(SHF). Methods:The measurment was taken in investitating X-radiography films of mature (above 16-years old) humeri and summed up their character, analysed their shaping basis. We recorded the degree of CLA and CMA, CSA, AA, and worked out the ranges of their reference value. The models of SHF were produced by adult cadaver humeri and devided into two groups at random which all the specimen were fixed by crossed pins. The experiment group was fixed according to CLA, CMA and the control group was done according to regular means. We observed what happened during the biomechanics test about anti-pull and anti-bend,recorded the data of load(stress) respectively when displacement (strain) was at 0. 5, 1. 0, 1. 5, 2. 0mm. Results: In mature humrus, CLA and CMA, CSA weren t correlative to age and sex, job, sides but AA was correlative to age and sides; It showed there was significant diference between the two groups(P <0.05). The effect of experiment group is better than the control group' s. Conclusion:These angles are significative in clinical and should be help -ful to internal fixation and devising appliance.
