Clinical Research On The Effect Of PenQiangYan Granule Treating The Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: To observe the effect of PenQiangYan Granule on the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(PID), PenQiangYan Granule which didn't stop to be used in menstrual period and to explore their mechanism. Methods: 90 patients were divided into three groups randomly :the treatment group I ,the treatment group II and the control group. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment, Meanwhile the levels of CDs, CD4, CDg, TNF- a and IL-2 of the blood plasma were measured. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group I .. II and the control group were 96.67%, 93.33% and 76.67%,while the syndrome of TCM of the total effective rate were 96.67%, 90.00% and 76.67%.There was significant difference between the treatment group ^11 and the control group (PO.05) .Though there was no difference between the treatment group I and II, the date of the treatment group I was higher than that of II. The level of CDg and TNF- a of 2 treatment groups was significantly decreased, CDVCDs and IL-2 were improved. Conclusions: PenQiangYan Granule could moderate the immunity function and clinical symptom. PenQiangYan Granule which didn't stop to be used in menstrual period could improve the patients'clinical symptom obviously.
