Clinical And Experiment Study On Treating CRF With BuXuHuoXue Recipe

Objective: In order to find out the efficient way of treating chronic renal failure(CRF), we think that the basic treatment are nourishing qi and yin and improving blood circulation, which is based on this disease's cause of insufFicency qi and yin of spleen and kidney and blood stagnation.So we use BuXuHuoXue Recipe and observe the results from clinic and animal experiment.Methods: We divide 60 patients of CRF into BuXuHuoXue Recipe group,western medicine (BaoQuanYang HuaDianFen) control group at random, and use wistar mouse as CRF model in experiment research. We observe the clinical symptoms, physicial signs,laboratory examinations and the pathologic change of kidney's tissue.Results: From the result of clinical research group, this recipe can improve the symptoms, signs, and the kidney's function dramatically, which the total efficiency is 86.7% and is better than control group significantly. From the result of animal experiment group, this recipe can decrease the serum level of CRE,BUN, Choi, FAF and CD62P, elevate the level of serum albumin, decrease the pathologic trauma, which is better than control group significantly(P<0.01).Conciusion: BuXuHuoXue Recipe is an efficient recipe for CRF, it can improve blood circulation and restore kidney's function.
