Clinical Research Of Zhu DanXi Idea Of Stroke Disease Treatment

There are three parts in the article, the most important one is Zhu DanXi-literature study. By Systematically discussing Zhu DanXi's idea of stroke disease treatment; By studying his left case and medical prescriptions, we could find the regularity between his medicines, then, we could get a new compatibility of prescription, and it would be applied for cerebral infarction disease, for which we wanted to evaluate its clinical effect and analyze the elementary effect mechanism.The second one is clinical research. 40 parents were in divided randomly into testing group and contrasting group, each group 20 cases. Based on general treatment, testing group was applied the new compatibility of prescription, while contrasting group only was dealt with general treatment. Some indexes, including hemorheology indexes, blood lipids and safe indexes were examined before the course of treatment, end of the second course of treatment. At the same time, we examined the mind, language andmovement function. Before the course of treatment, end of the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment.The clinical study showed the new compatibility of prescription had good effect on testing group(p<0.05).There were difference between testing group and contrasting group for hemorheology indexes, blood lipids and others, in which some indexes had significant difference. There wasn't abnormal indexes occurring for safety, which would prove the safety and effect of the new medical prescription, and which would prove Zhu DanXi's idea of stroke disease treatment is right. In the last part, according with the modern research results of stroke, we discussed the treating mechanism of the new medical prescription and pointed out some gained through studying Zhu DanXi' literature.
