| Zhu Huang Granule- II "(ZHG- II) was another Chinese traditional medicine compound created by Dr. Ou,on the basis of ZHG ,combining with modern iatrology research headway . It possessed the effect of clearing away heat and toxic material , supplementing qi and nourishing yin, fostering liver and managing qi ,going up and making known to lower levels , as well as connecting the outside and the inside, which is according to the characteristic of psoriasis pathogenesis.Objective: To investigate if ZHG- n can enhance psoriasis sufferers' living quality through adjusting their affection and their intensity stress. Methods: 200 sufferers involed were asked to fill in PDI (Psoriasis Disability Index) and PSI (psoriasis severity index) in order to know their living quality and clinical curative effect. At same time ,before and after treatment ,we neuropepide(NP) also investigated in sufferers' serum and lesions samples respectively by the means of immuoreactivity and radioimmunoassay ,and comparing with those of controls. The result showed as follow:effect on treating psoriasis .2. ZHG- II can reduce sufferers' scores of PDI and PSI, and enhance their living quality and improve their clinical symptom.3. ZHG-II can reduce serum and skin level of CGRP and Bate-END in sufferers.Our result suggested that ZHG-II can improve sufferers' living quality and clinical symptom by meliorating their intensity stress, and delay the inflammatory and proliferous process of psoriasis by adjusting the level of NP.
