The Influence On Learning Memoruy And Anti-Oxidant Of Jiajian Dihuang Yinzi On The Model Rats Of Alzheimer's Disease

Senile dementia of Alzheimer's type(SDAT)is a kind of neurodegenerative disease that cause progressive cognitive and behavior deterioration in the elderly over 65. As the life span of human beings increasing, the incidence of SDAT is increasingly high,which is a heavy burden to SDAT patients' families and our society. It is imperative for medicel workers to find ways to cure this disease.In the thesis, we think the pathogenesis of SDAT is insufficiency of the Kidney, phlegm-damp and stagnant blood clogging brain-aperture from mine professor xie, which is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. And we adopt tonifying the kidney, eliminating the phlegm, activating the blood and resuscitation to prevent and cure SDAT, changed ancient prescription-Dihuang Yinzi and formulated compound prescriptions.In our experiments, the model group was administered A ?,.40 into right CA15 subregion into hippocampus. Then we compared model group with control group theated with Jiajian Dihuang Yinzi in terms of their behavior science^ morphology ^ activity of SOD> quantity of MDA in their cerebral tissue. Experiment results indicate: JiaJian Dihuang Yinzi can decrease number of free radicals^ quantity of Lipofuscin and MDA in cerebral tissue to protect neurons from damage of them .The compound prescription can prolong the incubation period and reduce missing reaction times in their behavior science test. The prescription can improve the pathology changes in cerebral tissue of A P j.40 Model-rats .At last, the results show the therapy of tonifying the Kidney-replenishing essence, eliminating phlegm for resuscitation is a effective method of treating brain senility .
