FKZXKL (5 g kgæ‹ 10 g kg1.. 20g kg~1) could markedly shorten BTand CT in mouse; FKZXKL(16 g kg1 )could significantly shorten PT and content of FDP. 2. FKZXKL (8 g æ…¿g?. 16g kg? could markedly increase content of FSI-I.. LI-I and E~ in rats. 3. FKZXKL (25g kg?. 5g kg1.. lOg?kg? by duodenum could significantly strengthen activity altitude of uterus in vive; FKZXKL (0.05 g.. 0.1 g.. 0.2 g) could significantly strengthen activity altitude and frequency of uterus in vitro 4. FKZXKL (20 g?kg? could inhibite dimethylbenzene-induced swelling degree of ear in mouse .FKZXKL (16g kg? could inhibite turpentine-induced proliferation in rats. 5. FKZXKL (8 g kg?16 g kg? could markedly increase content of PGE, in blood and decrease that in uterus in rats 6. LD50 of FKZXKL material was 37 89 g kg? 95% confidence interval was34 68- 41.40 g kg?by ip in mouse Maximal dose of per day was 105 g kg~?and that of FKZXKL was 78.75 g kg?by ig. 7. FKZXKL hadn抰 markedly effect on general condition and urine andmorphology of organs .FKZXKLcouId shorten CT and decrease number of WBC .. ALT.. TP.. T-CHO by ig, but could recover after stopping for two weeks.FKZXKL could increase 5 coefficient of ovary and uterus,but decrease that of spermary and couldn抰 recover after stopping for two weeks.
