The tw N of lefl Ventricle wassignifiH eIilwi the Wtw H to be more guile. At the3loading status distribution of radionuclide was shown in the rarefttction area. The radionudide distribution would ameliorate at the resting status. GBPI showed enlargement of the left ventricle and the weakening of the systolic and diastolic motion. The phases were not well distributed. The angle of the left ventricular phase surpassed 600 , all parameters of left ventricular systolic and diastolic fimction were significantly decreased(P<0.0 1). CHD group: Myocardial perfusion study with ejection fraction imaging showed that evety wall of the myocardium were integrated. However, the radionuclides were not well-distributed, the rarefiiction area was not visible; left ventricle didn抰 enlarge at resting status, the radionudide distribution of the pristine rarefaction increased significantly and reached the notmal level; the left ventricular systolic and diastolic fimction reduced at different degrees. (EF, PER and PFR were subnonnal) with P<0.05.2.The GBPI of 27 patients with DCM after 4 weeks of therapy all showed that the cardiac function parameters (EF, PER, PFR) improved at different degrees with P<0.05.3.The index of myocardium radionuclide imaging detecting cardiac function showed a sensitivity of 85.2%, but the index of heart ultrasound showed only 55.56% (P<0.05).4.There was no correlation between ECT cardiac function index, sex, medical progression and cardiothoracic ratio. Conclusion:Although some deficiencies (such as the attendant atrial fibrillation) still exist, it is the most reliable way of evaluating for diagnosis and therapeutic effect by non-invasive methods.
