The reasons for the slow development of the method of direct solvent of gallstone in clinic in the past decades are, firstly, the unsatisfactory effects of the dissolution of gallstone by solvent, and secondly toxic effect to the organisms. Thanks to the mature of interventional thchnology, it becomes emergent and key to research and develop a new, high efficient solvent of gallstone with less toxic effects. The object of the experiment introduced herewith is to value the efficacy of gallstone dissolution and the toxicity of the Litholytic Compounds. Test method applied: 1. The effecacy of gallstone dissolution in Vitro. At the temperature of 370C, take a 500mg speciman of gallstone to test the dissolution time in the solvent of gallstone. 2.Observationally incentive regional test of rabbit conjunctiva bladder with drops of gallstone solvent. And observe the pathological changes of the abdominal organs after injection of Litholytic Compounds, 0.8 ml, in rabbit abdominal cavity. 3.Observation of the pathological organic and blood biochemical difference in each of the time durance with solvent injected into the rabbit gallbladder. The above tests all take ETBE as comparison. 4.To make a model of dog gallstone. Directly injectLitholytic Compounds into the gallbladder herewith byPTGB, then value the dissolving effects in vivo.Results:l.The cholesterol gallstone (500mg) dissolved in thelitholytic compounds in no more than 25 min. (21.6f4.9min.), and in Q - MP in 30 min.2.No sharp reactions found in the rabbit conjectivabladder ETBE and 1itholytic compounds te8ts. Sharpreaction fOund in Q -MP. No harm to the internals with theinjection Litho1ytic Compounds to the abdominal cavity.3.Less influence to blood biochemical, no harm to theother organs of rabbits except gal1bladder found in thelitholytic compound test. Much toxicity, wound in thegal1bladder, lung bleeding, local necrisis in liver found,both in ETBE and in Q -MP.4. Dog cholesterol gallstone completely dissolved,pigment and mired gallstone part1y dissolved both in lessthan 60 min. With the Litho1ytic Compound8 injected.Conclusion:The eXPeriment shows the litholytic compounds a newand sch cho1esterol gallstone contact sovent with efficicacyand lower toxicity for treatment of cholecystolthisiasis.
