| Suillus luteus is a superior mycorrhiza fungi, and has nutritional and medicinal value. But because of its slow growth, rapid aging, low yield, its practical application is still limied. In order to promote the growth rate, shorten the growth cycle, improve the yield, also determine the reasons for slow growth, rapid aging of Suillus luteus, and growth difference between different fungi and growth regulation mechanism, in this paper, promotion of Pleurotus ostreatus juice to Suillus luteus was studied. Through the initial separation of Pleurotus ostreatus juice, analysis the influence of Pleurotus ostreatus juice on the mycelia growth of Suillus luteus in various treatment conditions. The result showed that, Pleurotus ostreatus juice has significant promotion to Suillus luteus ,when the concentration of Pleurotus ostreatus juice is 10-15%, the mycelia growth is the best. The ethanol supernatant and the ethanol precipitation promotes the growth rate and increases the colony diameter and the dry weight of strains SP9, SP6, SP7, XF1 extreme significantly, and delaies aged speed obviously. when the concentration of the ethanol supernatant is 25% and that of the ethanol precipitation is 40%, the mycelia growth is the best. The ethanol supernatant and the ethanol precipitation inhibites the enlarge rate of colony diameter of strains Suillus, 96-Niu, 00-Niu, but significantly increases their dry weight. The promoting effect to Suillus luteus of the ethanol supernatant dried at room temperature is better than which dried at room temperature. The ethanol supernatant extracts obtained by ethyl acetate and that obtained by mixed solvent promote the growth of Suillus luteus. Crude polysaccharide promotes the growth of Suillus luteus, ammonium sulfate protein has no influence. Under low glucose concentration condition, when the concentration of the ethanol supernatant is 10% and that of the ethanol precipitation is 40%, the mycelia growth is the best; under high glucose concentration conditions, the effect of the ethanol supernatant to the mycelia growth have no relation with glucose concentration, the optimum concentration of the ethanol supernatant is 25%; as the glucose concentration increased the optimal concentration of ethanol precipitation become smaller gradually, when glucose concentration is 4.0g/100ml, the optimal concentration of ethanol precipitation is 20%. Under low pH conditions, the mycelia grow well when the ethanol supernatant concentration is lower; under high pH conditions, the mycelia grow well when the ethanol supernatant concentration is higher; the effect of the ethanol precipitation to the mycelia growth have no relation with pH. |
