After Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumeris was treated by the extracts of the root of parsley, the way of allelopathy, protective enzymes activity, cell wall degrading enzymes activity and the contents of fungal body metabolization substance were determined to research the allelopathy mechanism of it. The results show that after treated with the different extracts of the parsley root (acetone, ethanol and distilled water), the growth of the hypha of Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumeris was restrained, the number of spore was decreasing, the rate of spore germination was decreasing. After treated with extracts of acetone, ethanol and distilled water, the rate of hypha growth inhibition were 27%,25.7% and 3.3% respectively, the rate of spores quantity inhibition were 65%,73.9% and 9.9% respectively, the rate of spore germination were 58.08%,57.3% and 8.04% respectively, and compared with controls it reduced 17.92%,15.61%,4.46%.The subsequent growth of hyphaes was restained by the allelopathy inhibiting infection after treated with the extracts of the parsley root on Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumeris, the allelopathy inhibitory strength was decreasing as the time went on.The activity of cell wall degrading enzymes were descended, the strength of the allelopathy inhibition of the extracts of the parsley root to the activity of pectin enzyme, the acetone extracts was the strongest and then was the ethanol extracts , difference value were -10.384 and-8.201,the last was distilled water extracts. The strength of the allelopathy inhibition of the extracts of the parsley root to the activity ofβ-grape glycosidase enzymes, the acetone extracts was the strongest and then was distilled water extracts, the last was the ethanol extracts, difference value were -32.982,-24.508 and -17.085 respectively. The strength of the allelopathy inhibition of the extracts of the parsley root to the activity of cellulose enzyme, the acetone extracts was the strongest and then was the ethanol extracts ,the difference value were -4.168 and-3.181 respectively, the last was distilled water extracts. The activities of SOD,POD,CAT enzymes of the fungal were decreasing, the descent ranges of the activities of SOD,POD enzymes which was treated by acetone extracts was the most, the difference value were -13.414 and -26.172 respectively, and then by ethanol extracts, the difference value were -11.462 and -25.181 respectively, the last was by distilled water extracts. The descent ranges of the activities of CAT enzymes which was treated by acetone extracts was the most, the difference value was -11.318, and then by distilled water extracts, the difference value was -3.785, the last was by ethanol extracts. The content of soluble protein was decreasing, the contents of MDA and hydrogen peroxide were increasing. The descent range of content of protein of fungal metabolism which was treated by ethanol extracts was the most and then was by acetone extracts, the difference value were -34.647 and -19.752 respectively, the last was by distilled water extracts. The increasing range of content of MDA of fungal metabolism which was treated by acetone extracts was the most and then was by ethanol extracts, the last was by distilled water extracts, the difference value were 44.837,10.491 and 6.150 respectively. The increasing range of content of hydrogen peroxide of fungal metabolism which was treated by ethanol extracts was the most and then was by acetone extracts, the difference value were 13.462 and 8.181 respectively, the last was by distilled water extracts.
