| In the paper,the teen main pushed wheat varieties were selected to normally cultivate under the same ecological environment. Then measured and analysised the correlation of the total, water-soluble and insoluble Pentosan contents in wheat grain. water-soluble and water-insoluble Pentosan contents in 28 kinds of Anhui wheat varieties was tested..Choosed the 138-different sources wheat varieties (lines) to determine the total, water-soluble and water-insoluble Pentosan contents and related analysis and cluster analysis among these. It also studied the total,water-soluble and water-insoluble Pentosan distribution in different Pentosan contents population F2 of Zhengmai9405/Wanmai19 hybrid seeds. Main results listed as follows:1. pentosan contents and agronomic traits of grain in 10 wheat varieties was testd by controlling the impact of environmental factors. The results showed that the water-soluble pentosan content,plant height,ear length,total small ears as well as thousand-grain weight reached a significant level. Correlation analysis results indicated that the total pentosan content and water-insoluble pentosan content were positively correlated with the plant height, total small spike, grains per spike. Water-soluble pentosan content was positively correlated with the plant height, ear length, sterile small spike,thousand-grain weight.2. The average content of total,water-soluble and insoluble Pentosan in 28 kinds of Anhui wheat varieties were 7.35%,1.02% and 6.33% respectively , and its coefficient of variation were 11.56%, 15.59%,13.22% respectively.The average content ration of water-soluble pentosan to total pentosan content was 14.01%, the distribution of protein content was 9.4% -16.4%.the average and coefficient of variation was 14.0% and 10.9%. Correlation analysis results showed that water-soluble pentosan content was positively correlated with protein content, wet gluten and sedimentation value, and significant positively correlated with hardness. Pentosan contents,protein content and other traits on 28 wheat varieties (lines) of Anhui was studied by the most long-distance Cluster analysised . It was showed that it divided into four categories.3. The total,water-soluble and water-insoluble Pentosan content means of 138 different sources of wheat varieties were 7.62%,1.08% and 6.54%,5.76%,standard deviation were 0.89,0.21 and 0.87,coefficients of variation were 11.66%,18.98% and 13.30%,respectively. The average proportion of water-soluble pentosan content and the total pentosan content was 14.15%. Analysed the different sources of wheat varieties (lines), the results showed that the total,water-soluble and water-insoluble Pentosan contents from the Soviet Union,Anhui and the Yangtze River Valley was the lower average,from Henan, Shandong and the north wheat growing areas was the higher average,and the average of foreign varieties (lines) was lower than the domestic varieties (lines). Cluster analysis for Pentosan contents, the results clustered into four categories.4. The means of total,water-soluble and water-insoluble Pentosan contents of 335 plant grains in "Zhengmai 9405 / Wanmai 19 "F2 were 7.04%, 1.07% and 5.97%,standard deviations were 1.10,0.19,and 1.07; Coefficients of variations were 15.62%, 17.92% and 17.98%,respectively. The total Pentosan content of higher than 9.00% was 11 plants,less than 5.00% was 6; the water-soluble Pentosan content of higher than 1.7% was 6,less than 0.7% was 2; water-insoluble Pentosan content of higher than 8.50% was 3,lower than 3.50% was 5. |
