| The topic selection of this paper based on the national science and technology support project"The development and comprehensive utilization demonstration of large-scale breeding farm methane project technology". The objective of this paper is to provide the technology and the equipment support for Pretreatment of ferment by using farming and animal husbandry organic wastes which is one of the main research content of this project. On the study basis of domestic and foreign research situation, analyzed the foundation characteristic of cow dung, the processes of liquid mixture watered, flexible mass seek, floats separated and subsidence material stored are studied out. By combination of theoretical analysis, the dummy specimen design and the experiment experimental design, the structure, principle and parameter of key component belong to the flow shape mixture disengaging equipment had been researched and explored. The concrete content is as follows:(1)Made clear the cow dung as research object, studied about the foundation characteristic of mixed organic waste, depicted each kind of component constitution in waste contains by using mathematics statistics method, analyses physics and chemistry characteristic of component, determination of material moisture content and other foundation parameters. In order to determine the technological process and the correlation equipment principle of work and the structure provide the basis.(2)Made pretreatment process according to component constitution and physicochemical properties, designed pretreatment process and equipment for raw material separation and adjusting quality reserve after processing according to raw material request about biological fermentation standard and industrialization production. It screened mixture for organic direct utilization, organic reprocessing utilization and inorganic waste.(3)Determined the equipments in each flow needs according to the requirement of pretreatment process, In view of each kind of equipments, introduced its principle of work in detail and the structural design. Flow shape mixture separation equipment is key equipment in pretreatment process, had carried on careful design to it, mainly included the determination of the separator tank essential structure size and carried on the theoretical analysis to the essential parameter(4)Established the hypothesized assembly design flow by using electronic prototype application function that CATIA V5 provides, realized top-down assembly design. Carried on analyses interference inspection, kinematics simulation, knocked-down, assemble simulation and so on by using Electron prototype function module of CATIA V5. Carries on the design based on the electronic prototype design pattern to cause the project change to reduce suddenly, the design quality is greatly enhancement, realized the goal of product development cycle reduction, reduced the product development cost and improves the product quality. It had obtained the tangible effect in the practical application.(5)Firstly, taking separation rate as the response variables, I do single factor test and quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination test on the pretreatment system. Using software Design-Expert to process and analyze the test data. Simple factor test can obtain regression equation between each factor and respond variables and learn the change relationship between each factor and respond variables by regression equation and impact relation chart, which can design and guide quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination design. According to the result of simple factor test, select material moisture content, feeding flow and rotational speed of flexible substance separator speed to do multi-factor test and establish the regression equation between factors and separation rate on the basis of the method of quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination test, and explore the material moisture content, feeding flow and rotational speed of flexible substance separator versus separation rate. We can get the primary and secondary factor that affect separation rate though the equation analysis. Adopt the method of objective optimization to do model optimization and attain the best combination of factors that meet respond variables'range. Then, they are proved on the pretreatment system by means of verification test. Simultaneously introduces the fallout separation rate and the material loss factor as the target, determine the best rotational speed fallout separator. From the result of the test, we know the actual value drawn from the best parameter combination test is closer the theoretical value. On the basis of operating mode obtained from the pretreatment experiment by using cow dung, carried on the pretreatment to food waste, it also had the good operating performance. |
