Comparing with traditional tillage technology, conservation tillage technology has remarkable economical, social and ecological benefits. Based on comprehensive analysis of no-tillage planter of fundamental machines for conservation tillage,one key parts of affecting seeding efficient and quality of no-tillage planter are seized,namely anti-blocking mechanism ,a embedded theory study and systematical experiments have been conducted in this paper, and significant research achievement has been obtained .Aiming at the problems of lots of straw stem and blocking the machine, put forward that using two-way helix cutting knife as no-tillage drill's anti-blocking equipment in the area of two crops a year of Hebei province. The two-way helix knife pushing soil surface's straw stem and rootstalk to seed row's two sides as it's special dextral and laevogyrate helicoids form. The text mostly aiming at the operating principle of the two-way helix knife and its matching arc ditcher do detailed research. The two-way helix knife's fundamental parameters having ascertained, it's geometry model and kinematics model having built up; analysis the track of soil grain when the two-way helix knife revolving and build up its mathematic equation; analyzed three arranging schemes of the two-way helix knife in the knife axis, having analysis and compared, ascertained the best one, resolved the conflict of the knife axis force balance and the shortest distance, carried out the knife axis's intensity; carried out mathematical analysis for the ditcher happens side direction deformation, combining with Pro/E and ansys did simulate calculation about ditcher's side deformation in the onward resistance and side force moment.By analyzing three kinds of ways of the anti-blocking mechanism arrangement on the axis using the mathematic models, the optimal arrangement, by which the shaking forces are balanced and the shortest distance from one point on the maximum circle of a disc to the corresponding point on the maximum circle of its next discs is biggest in three kinds of ways, is determined. Design a suitable transmission scheme for this anti-blocking mechanism, the power from the tractor power output shaft by the gear box transmission to the axis and the cutting mechanism rotated. Selection and determine the appropriate suppression devices. Based on the theoretical analysis of the anti-blocking mechanism, developed anti-blocking equipment with driving two-way helix knife matching with the arc seed and fertilize ditcher. The anti-blocking equipment is installed in a no-tillage drill with sideling indentation disc knife doing field experimentation. The result of the field experimentation indicated that: the anti-blocking equipment has fined pass in the area of two crops a year and the straw stem is 3.52kg/m2 in the area; the rotation speed of axis is 300r/min, the vibration and voice of the sample machine is decreased and the operation of it is safe. The rate of disturbed soil is about 30%, reaching conservation tillage planting narrow row crop ground-breaking amount of topsoil is less than 35% of requirements. The width of the groove by the dextral and laevogyrate helicoids driven cutting mechanism opened is perfect for the seeding-fertilizing opener. The quality of planting meets the agronomic requirements and the wheat has good germinated and seedlings growing well.
