Comparing with traditional tillage technology, conservation tillage technology has remarkable economical, social and ecological benefits. Based on comprehensive analysis of no-tillage planter of fundamental machines for conservation tillage, two key parts of affecting seeding efficient and quality of no-tillage planter are seized, namely anti-blocking mechanism and precision metering, a embedded theory study and systematical experiments have been conducted in this paper, and significant research achievement has been obtained. The research results included:1.A new sawtooth anti-blocking mechanism of no-tillage planter has been developed at first. A sawtooth anti-blocking mechanism as well as its parameters have been investigated with systematical theory analysis and soil bin testing by combination of visual instrument system and high speed photograph technologies. The sawtooth anti-blocking mechanism could reach to the functions of cutting and directional throwing by reverse rotation working, the straws could be cut down by the sawtooth blade and be thrown by the sawtooth blade with front angle, on the other hand, short straws could be thrown directly to the rear of opener by the throwing bar device. A great deal experimental results have shown that the sawtooth anti-blocking mechanism has many advantages such as strong capacity of seizing the straws, relatively sequence to cut straws down, cutting rate to above 97%, lower rotation speed(650r/min), lower power consumption(width 2.95kw/m in work), better throwing performance and strong flexibility to all kinds of the stubble mulch.Theory analysis and experimental results show that the sawtooth anti-blocking mechanism is a new idea, and it has better capability of cutting and anti-blocking, and could be used as anti-blocking mechanism for no-tillage planter. It should create an innovation of driving anti-blocking mechanism for no-tillage planter, and some practical problems such as big power consumption, high rotation speed, heavy wearing and security in driving anti-blocks mechanism could be solved. Published two articles.2. A new ball bearing type pusher and ejector has been designed. The seed should be only acted under elasticity Q of the spring and gravity G of the ball bearing, the direction of forces and the direction of seed movement are perpendicular to down, and it is same to deliver the seed by the gravity. The experimental results show that the seed spacing distribution frequency could be focused on 0.8-1.2 and the seed damage rate is lower than 1.5%. and reduce seed damage rate have been improved by the ball bearing when the moving plate rotation speed is lower than 20r/min. Published one article.3. The mathematics model of the moving plate parameters of the horizontal plate precision meter including D, h, N, Sj and vr have been set up, and the practical issues that no academic fundation but only experience for design plate has been resolved. The demonstration shows that the mathematics model is reasonable and effective to determine moving plate parameters, and it could simplify design procedures and improve reliability and credibility of design parameters. By using the mathematic model, four type moving plates have been easily designed according to classified standard of corn seed in China, namely the big circle, the small circle, the big flat and the small flat. Published one article.4.The seed damage mechanism of the horizontal plate precision meter and the key factors ofaffecting delivering characteristics has been studied by systematical experiments. The seed damage and delivering procedures of the horizontal plate precision meter are validated by the high speed photography, and a new cognition are acquired for seeding quality. The experimental results show that main factors of the seed damaging in the meter are operation of cutting, milling, extrusion and collision etc, and configuration of the seed damaging in the meter are pieces, chips and flaws. Published two articles.
