Copper is an essential trace element for animal,high-copper on feed industry abuse that lead to resources scarcity and environmental pollution has more and more concerns among the general public. The study aimed at the effects of supplement different copper source and levels on growth performance, intestinal flora and mucosal morphology of growing barrows, for excellent copper source screening and reasonable use provide test basis and scientific guiding. Selected 54 two-line crossbred(Landrace×Yorkshire) to randomly divides into 9 groups, each group of 3 repetitions, each duplicates 2 pigs, separately feeds the different copper source (Methionine Copper,Met-Cu;Copper sulfate,Tribasic copper chloride,TBCC) and the different levels(10 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,250 mg/kg) diets. The results were as follows,(1) Met-Cu and TBCC middle dosage(150 mg/kg) the ADG,ADFI and F/G though had the tendency enhanced, each of group had no significant difference(P>0.05);diarrhea incidence of Met-Cu and TBCC different levels groups was much lower than copper sulfate different levels groups(P>0.05).(2) TBCC 150 mg/kg group had the best crude protein and Ca apparent digestibility, they had significant difference(P<0.05),and the difference of the groups was not significant of P digestibility(P>0.05),but the 150 mg/kg copper groups P digestibility higher.(3) The fecal copper excretion was increased as the supplemented of copper.Under the same levels, the copper sulfate group fecal copper excretion significant increased compared with Met -Cu and TBCC group fecal copper excretion(P<0.05).Different copper source and levels fecal zinc excretion had significant difference(P>0.05),but the TBCC 150 mg/kg group has the lower fecal zinc excretion.(4)Serum TP,ALB,CP,SUN and T-SOD were not significantly effect of different Cu source and levels(P>0.05);250mg/kg copper sulfate group serum T-CHO level compared with 150 mg/kg copper sulfate group and TBCC(10 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,250 mg/kg) groups had significant difference(P<0.05),but compared with Met-Cu(10 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,250 mg/kg) groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);150 mg/kg TBCC group serum ALP activity compared with 10mg/kg copper sulfate group had significant difference(P<0.05),and enhanced 47.96%,and there was no significantly in other groups;serum copper was significantly increased as the copper supplemented(P<0.01);and serum zinc contents was extremely significantly decreased as the copper supplemented(P<0.01).(5) Low dosage(10 mg/kg) sours Met -Cu and copper sulfate cecum's bacillus coli were significantly lower than TBCC low dosage(10 mg/kg)(P<0.01),reduced 4.71%,3.21% respectively;middle(150 mg/kg)dosages cecum's E.coli had no significant difference(P>0.05); 250 mg/kg TBCC group was most desirable for cecum's Bifidobacterium proliferation (P<0.05);150 mg/kg TBCC group was weaker for colon's Bifidobacterium proliferation (P<0.05);and the difference of the groups was not significant of rectum's E.coli(P<0.05).(6) The villus height of Duodenum,Jejunum and Ileum,Met-Cu,TBCC and copper sulfate middle dosage(150 mg/kg) and high dosage(250 mg/kg) groups higher than low dosage groups(P<0.05);The villus height of Jejunum low dosage groups(10 mg/kg) with middle dosage (150 mg/kg) and high dosage(250 mg/kg) groups had extremely significant difference(P<0.01); Met-Cu,TBCC and copper sulfate middle dosage(150 mg/kg) and high dosage(250 mg/kg) groups relatively low dosage(10 mg/kg) groups crypt depth had significant difference (P<0.05);The ratio of the villus height to the crypt depth of copper sulfate and TBCC middle dosage(150 mg/kg) and high dosage(250 mg/kg) groups of Duodenum,Jejunum and Ileum increased. These results indicated that,Met-Cu and TBCC compared with copper sulfate has the advantage effect in growing pigs, and TBCC 150 mg/kg group was the best.
