| This article takes the agricultural irrigation area of Handan ecology river-network as the study object, and introducts Handan's physical geography situation, including position and terrain, climate, river system, development and utilization of ground water, as well as social economy situation. The article carries on a comprehensive analysis of irrigation area water resources on the foundation of the implementation of Handan ecology river-network project. Then we use Penman-Monteith calculate water demand of reference crops ,and unifies the local crops planter structure to propose the non-full irrigation theory and the model.which suits this local.According to the characteristic of Handan ecology river network, we carry on the union dispatch between ground water and surface water in each districts and sectors(Fuyang River irrigation area, Minyou irrigation area, Weihe River irrigation area),then we establishde well-ditch union irrigation engineering pattern which collectied with fills, gathers and supplements.On the first hand, it reduced the ground water yield through using surface water irrigation; on the other hand, through the canal leakage, it supplements the ground water and restores Handan's water ecological environment gradually. And we establishe the multi-objective model of optimized allocation of entire irrigation area, usde the decomposes- coordinated large-scale system method to solved this model.This method simplified system's complexity, reduced computation work and had a very strong operationality.This model also had better reflection in crops and the actual water matching situation,so it will have high using value.Looking from the operation result of entire model, it has basically achieved the expectation result, may satisfy the basis different precipitation year adjustment irrigation pattern basically, has strong operational and the significant use value. In north water resources scarce today, this research has provided the new mentality for the water resources reasonable full use, for the rural reconstruction, the agricultural development has provided the foundation resources safeguard, also opened the new space for the agricultural water conservation research. |
