It makes sure of statistical data by analyzing different typical analysis and an accurate calculating analysis.Setting up an appropriate water resource model according to the district characteristics of Handan, giving accurate analysis of water resource of different years, on the basis of that, it analyzed and determined the unite dispatch strategy of the soil water reservoir, underground water reservoir and natural rain falls, making joint calculation to realize making sufficient and reasonable use of rainfall in flood season.
