This system which based on the quadratic development of Super Map active designed the systemic structure and function through analyzing on systemic requirement, user's requirement and data source, for which systemic science was considered as the guide and numerous subject knowledge ,such as informatics, computer science ,agricultural resources and so on ,had been exerted synthetically. Basing on the mentioned above, it designed database further, and built a space database which concluded graphics, text and table, by the classification and coding of data. This system composed with five main function module, such as browsing informational data of edaphic nutrient, inquiring internet SQL, manufacturing specialized picture and editing map, and so on. Among these module, they work independently which strengthen the independence of the system and which convenient for management and maintenance of system. In the system oriented technique of object and activeX technique has been considered as the meanings to achieve. Moreover, base on the designed sense of graphic user interface, rationale construction, kind interface, convenient operation, serviced function will be concluded in this system. The details as follow:(1)Combined the GIS space big and powerful data and the attribute data handling function, The system study minor dimension , the big architect's scale soil nutrients data base organize , design that with digitization technology , and build the data base of soil nutrient information.(2) The system have realized long-range soil nutrient information data Management Information System holding out down in WebGIS, and systematic building-up may be that all of the various levels upkeep and the administrative department provide the standard entire basis technical data, improve real time nature , scientificalness making policy further, be conducive to a productive establishment manage the computer control level grasping , improving agricultural resource to resource information going deep into.(3) The system WebGIS is recommended with applying fertilizer is built the system making policy owing to the WebGIS fertilization combining with, integrated present applies fertilizer being recommended by method , the model studying the proper recommendation in the crop that current Guizhou produces applies fertilizer, information system , fertilization applying geographic information system technology to the crop guide middle taking the maize as example building-up apply fertilizer. And the brainpower may be an agriculture producer, handling crew are provided network-rization , intellectualized, penetrating image information service.
