Research Of Drinking Water And Water Price

The difficult problem of rural drinking water has already been resolved in China at present, but the secure situation of rural drinking water still rigorous terribly. In some regions, water quality is far away from the standard, the assurance rate of water supply is severely low, and the watery endemic problem still exists, all of which affect the healthy of local people seriously. With the rapid development of the economic and population, the increase of water demand quantity goes on, and the conflice between the water supply and demand is so serious that it restrict the development of economic. However, the waste of water resources aggravates the conflict. The main reson consists in the unreasonable water price mechanism, and the water resources do not gained collocation effectively. So it possesses important meaning to assess the water resources externally and make a price for it.The research on water resources value is the base of science water price. Water resources value reflets the factors of nature, circumstance and society synthetically, so this study is very complicated. This paper uses combinative methods to study, which are theory analysis and demonstration analysis, determine the nature and statistic analysis, and systems analysis. The main contents is as follows: (l)Study of rural drinking water and water price, which is the base of the following work.(2)Integrated evaluation of drinking water. Math models are applied to evaluate water security, and then make a comparation. (3)Study on evaluation indexes system and methods for water resources, and build the evaluation method for water resources value. (4)Calculation of water price.In this paper, Shandong province is divided into three parts, namely mountain area, hilly area and plaint area. The surface water value is assessed according to the practice of Shandong province, and rural drinking water price is calculated, water price base on water quality is lodged with an original. All above offer Shandong province references to constitute policy for the rural drinking water. The model of water price calculation in city zone is studied, which offers Shandong province the use for reference in water price mechanism.
