| With the quick development of industry and the rapid increasement of population, the use of lead become more and more day after day. However, only a small part of them is used again, and other of them is released into environment under all sorts of it .This can cause environmental pollution .Because of the relation of food chain, it can lead to food pollution accordingly. There are many ways to remedy heavy metals contaminated soil. In comparison with other Physical and chemical technology,phytoremediation have mangy advantages. So it can be easily received among people. A many part of lead in air comes form automotive exhaust. especially in the heartland of city where is jammed of vehicle ,there are at the most. As the chief green plant in city, grassland not only have greatly economic benefit, but also good ecology and social benefit in heavy metal contaminated soil remediation.Two species of cool-season turf grass Lolium perenne and Festuca arundinacea were selected for this research. I have studied lead enrichment characteristic of organ and tissue and relation between lead enrichment characteristic and others ions. However, I have studied Influence of pH in soilless cultivation on Pb uptake ability. Another two species of warm-season turf grass Eremochloa ophiuroides and Paspalum vaginatum were selected for this research. I also have studied lead enrichment characteristic of organ and tissue and relation between lead enrichment characteristic and others ions. The main results are shown as follows:large amounts of lead are accumulated in the root tissues of Lolium perenne, Festuca arundinacea and Paspalum vaginatum ,it can be transported to leaf was very few; And large amounts of lead of Eremochloa ophiuroides are found in the leaf tissues.The weight percent of lead content was 7.26%~7.76% in different tissues of the root of control Lolium perenne,But it was 54.96%~60.25% after Pb treatment, Pb treatment were 7.11 and 8.30 times compared to control; The weight percent of lead content was 3.20%~6.66% in different tissues of the leaf of control Lolium perenne,but it was 3.48%~5.12% after Pb treatment, So there was not significantly different compared with the control. The weight percent of lead content was 7.82%~8.43% in different tissues of the root of control Festuca arundinacea ,But after Pb treatment, it was 33.64%~56.75%, Pb treatment were 3.99 and 7.26 times compared to control; The weight percent of lead content was 5.67%~7.36% in different tissues of the leaf of control Festuca arundinacea,but after Pb treatment, it was 4.42%~5.56%, So they showed little difference.The accumulation of lead in the root tissues of Lolium perenne followed the order: cortex>epidermis>stele, They were 60.25%,55.48% and 54.96% separately. The accumulation of lead in the root tissues of Festuca arundinacea followed the order: cortex>epidermis>stele, They were 56.75%,48.89% and 33.64% separately.The shoot of Lolium perenne uptake lead greatest at pH value 4, while the root was at pH value 6,which were 11.22g/kg and 9.42g/kg; The shoot and root of Festuca arundinacea uptake lead greatest at pH value 5, which were 9.96g/kg and 7.96g/kg.Lead which is absorbed by Lolium perenne, Festuca arundinacea can inhibit the absorption of Potassium, Sodium, phosphorus and chlorine in soils; however, lead which is absorbed by Eremochloa ophiuroides and Paspalum vaginatum can also inhibit the absorption of Potassium in soils. |
