In order to find best grass of the spring wheat-grass intercropping in XinJiang and provide scientific proof for reasonable culturing system, the experiment was carried to study dynamic change of soil nutrient of the spring wheat-grass intercropping and effect of wheat- maize intercropping,, wheat- Pea intercropping, wheat- hairy vetch intercropping, the wheat-purple sweetclover intercropping, the wheat- wild pea intercropping on soil organic matter, alkali-soluble N and available P,the accumulation amount of dry matter, the chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase active, etc.; The major results showed:1. The change of total dry matter accumulation of Xinchun 15 was consistent with the typical"S"curve. The four different tillage treatments all reached maximum values on day35 after anthesis. Compared with CK, the maximum dry matter accumulation amounts of G4 and G5 treatments were increased by 35.88% and 34.77% respectively. At the same time, the spring wheat-grass intercropping could enlarge the grain filling rate and extend the duration of grain filling, which was enhancing the transportation of the photosynthate after anthesis.2. The degradation of chlorophyll was delayed obviously and the NR activity was increased and the leaf senescence was slowed down in the spring wheat-grass intercropping. so the G4 and G5 was the best treatments.4. The G5 was the best tillage which enhanced soil organic matter, hydrolytic nitrogen and alkali-soluble phosphorus nutrient content .The soil organic matter, Alkali nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient content of the G1 were inferior to the others.5. Wild pea was the best in yield and quality than other grass.
