The Research Of Rice Cultivation Mechanized Promotion And Development Strategy In Hunan

Now the development of rice production mechanization in China is gratifying, but rice cultivation mechanized development is slower and its level is still very poor, so it becomes the most prominent and weakest part of rice production mechanization ,the importance and difficulties in improving the overall productivity of rice and the major issue discussed ,explored and yet to be resolved at all levels of farm machinery departments all the time.Based on the analysis and comparison of composition, features and premise conditions of domestic and foreign rice cultivation mechanized technology system, the line, direction and cultivation order of rice cultivation mechanization technology in Hunan have been identified in this paper. According to the characteristics of rice production in Hunan, the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats faced in the promoting process of its rice cultivation mechanization are analysised through the application of trend analysis. Then Act II fuzzy comprehensive evaluation conducted on the order of rice transplanter merits by combining with the current status of the promotion in Hunan to determine the main promoting model in the future, finally the development mode is raised to provide theoretical basis for management decisions.The results show that any rice cultivation method can not be completely eliminated in the coming period ,but it is imperative to realize that machinery will replace artificial at long-term development .The idea is raised that the development of rice cultivation mechanization in Hunan is accelerated by focusing on supporting people of mechanical plug mainly and vigorously promoting multiple mode of operation, for example, service-oriented of machine-plug integration, professional service-oriented and chain service-oriented etc. High-speed block transplanters are mainly promoted in the Dongting Lake, Changsha, Zhuzhou,Xiangtan and Hengyang, and other places in the north and middle of Hunan ,small walking-transplanters mainly in Xiangxi, southern Hunan and other mountain areas...
