In order to compare with the differences between the cows within 10 days after parturition (as experimental group) and the health cows which were 100~160 days after parturition (as a control group). The serum calcium(Ca),phosphonium(P),serum magnesium(Mg),kalium(K),serum chloride (Cl),sodium (Na),serum alkaline phosphatase(Akp) and the hydroxyproline(Hyp) were tested ,which were concerned with the dysmetabolism of calcium and phosphonium. Results showed that the biochemical markers of blood were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01).The concentrations of serum calcium and phosphonium of the control group were 10.62±1.68 mg/dL and 5.62±1.08 mg/dL ,but The concentrations of the experimental group were 7.27±2.17mg/dL and 8.07±0.20mg/dL; The concentrations of serum magnesium and kalium of the control group were 2.46±0.12 mg/dL and 17.30±2.67mg/dL, but the concentrations of the experimental group were 5.62±1.47mg/dL and 13.00±2.87mg/dL; The concentrations of serum chloride and the serumzsodiumzofzthezcontrolzgroupzwerez99.784±8.172mmol/Lzandz209.993±16.769mmol/L,butatheaexperimentalagroupawerea87.573±6.602mmol/Laanda202.672±18.413mol/L;Theaconcentrationsaofaserumaalkalineaphosphataseaandatheahydroxyprolinecofc theccontrolcgroupcwerec3.680±2.076King'scunitcanda1.555±0.595μg/mL,butathe experimentalagroupawerea16.198±8.253King'saunitaanda2.210±1.233μg/mL.aThe differences of all the biochemical markers were significant between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01),except the serum sodium. Not only the increase of concentrationsaofathe2serum2calcium,serum2alkaline2phosphatase2and2the hydroxyproline ,but also the decrease of serum chloride can be used as the monitoring indexs, except the serum magnesium. And the increase of concentrations of the total concentrations of kalium and sodium can also be used as the monitoring indexs...
