| Based on the characters of climate and soil in the south area, the fertilizer in thesoil is ease to leaching loss and the efficiency of fertilizer utilization is also low. Inorder to keeping pace with the curve of nutrition releasing in the soil and fertilizer needsin tobacco development, the experiment of BD fertilizer was carried out in Kunming,Yunnan province. In this experiment, tobacco growth and development, physiologicalcharacters, quality of tobacco leaf and economic characters were all taken into account.The results are as follows.1. BD fertilizer can promote the growth and development of flu-cured tobacco andextend the rapid-growth stage. During the period of rapid- growth stage, the growth anddevelopment of tobacco was steady. When come to topping stage, compared to CK, thenumber of leaf, medium-bodied leaf-square and upper leaf-square reached significantdifference in the treatment of BD fertilizer.When reducing 20ï¼…BD fertilizer, tobacco seedling developed less slowly in therosette stage, while growth rapidly in the rapid-growth stage. In consequence, there wasno difference than traditional fertilizer. When reducing 40ï¼…BD fertilizer, the plant,although, developed rapidly in rosette stage, in the latter stages growth slowly becauseof the lack of fertilizer.2. C treatment can enhance the physiological active. As the conten of chlorophyll asexample, BD fertilizer can increase the contain of chlorophyll, at the same time, thechange breadth of chlorophyll was less than CK between rapid-growth stage andtopping-off stage, the reducing speed was also slow. Because BD fertilizer can delay therelease of fertilizer and meet the tobacco key-stage needs, the medium-bodied leavescan keep high net photosynthesis rate under weak light condition and this characterbecame more obvious in the latter stage.3. C treatment can enhance the extend-blade degree of upper-bodied leaf, decrease the conten of nicotine and increase the available leaves of upper-bodied leaf. TreatmentC and D can increase the total sugar and reduction sugar, and had no negative influenceon smoking-estimate. As for medium-bodied leafs, treatment D took the first place insmoking-estimate, while treatment C in the upper-bodied leaf scored higher than theothers.4. C treatment can increase flue-cured output and economic value. Treatment Chad 13.3ï¼…more than treatment B in the leaf output and 13.2ï¼…in economic value.Treatment D can not only be the same to treatment A in yield and economic value butalso superior to the others in quality. |
