| Combining with the local reality of Guizhou, the experiment regarded improving the traditional farming technique, reducing workload, improving utilization ratio of fertilizer and labor productivity and improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco as main objectives, researched the effect of different transplanting depth combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application on the growth, economic characters and quality of flue-cured tobacco by field experiment with the method of fertilizer practice combining with cultural practice which offered certain theoretical foundation for saving cost and improving efficiency of flue-cured tobacco production. The main results of the experiment were as follows:High-stem and deep-seated cultivation of good seeding combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application was favorable for the absorption to ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen before Bud Stage. From Rosette Stage to Fast Growing Stage, the soil effective P and effective K content of 9-leaves-transplanting were lower than which of conventional cultivation. The soil effective P and effective K content of deep-seated cultivation combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application reached to most in Bug Stage, while which of conventional cultivation reached to most in Round Top Stage. In Maturity Stage, the soil effective P content of 9-leaves-transplanting was lowest. Those showed high-stem and deep-seated cultivation of good seeding combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application was favorable for the absorption to nutrient ahead of time.High-stem and deep-seated cultivation of good seeding combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application was favorable for the roots' growth of flue-cured tobacco, promoted the roots to grow in horizontal and vertical, increased the roots' activity of pre-stage, increased the number of first-class lateral roots and the accumulation of roots' dry matter. It also promoted the roots to absorb Nitrogen from soil in pre-growing-stage. The Nitrogen content in the roots had significant change trends between the conventional cultivation and each process.High-stem and deep-seated cultivation of good seeding combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application was favorable for increasing the height, stem-girth, effective leaf-number, effective leaf area of per plant, dry weight and dry matter's accumulation of the plant. In the early stage of transplanting, the absorbing rate of 9-leaves-transplanting to Nitrogen was fastest, but the absorption to Nitrogen of conventional cultivation had a peak after Fast Growing Stage which resulted the eventual Nitrogen content was higher. Compared with conventional cultivation, High-stem and deep-seated cultivation of good seeding combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application was favorable for increasing yield, quality and average price of flue-cured tobacco. Meanwhile, with the transplanting-part rising, the ratio of sugar/protein and N/nicotine tended to be in more accordance. The method of high-stem and deep-seated cultivation of good seeding combined with one-off double layers fertilizer application had good effect on saving cost and improving efficiency production. |
