| "Saving cost, lowering consumption, improving quality, increasing economic benefit"are this research target. The field experiments were carried out at experimental farm in the centre of technique popularize and application, in Lianshan Tobacco Corp. Ltd. from 2009 to 2010. Application effects of'M'-type wide ridge duplicaterow-planting patterns was conducted to invistigate effects of different cropping patterns on soil biological properties and quality of tobacco and economic benefits. The results showed that:1.'M'-type wide ridge duplicaterow-planting patterns of flue-cured tobacco was a new cropping pattern, which had a rainfall-harvesting ditch in the centre and played an important role in both rainfalls harvesting and preventing waterlogging. Via the ditch,ineffective rainfall which was less than 5mm would turned to be effective rainfall more than 5mm. The plastic film mulching and straw mulching played an important role in preventing rainfall erosion,the soil loss reduced by70%~80%.During the whole growth period,the soil moisture content was increased by 22.60%,compared to CK.2. The temperature in 0~20cm soil layer manifested rising and decreasing mildly,small temperature difference and even longer holding time. The temperature under the new cropping pattern in 5cm, 10cm and 15cm soil layer were increased by 1.1℃, 1.0℃and 0.40℃separately 20 days after transplanting, while the 20cmsoil layer was equivalent. Even in megathermal period, the temperature under the new cropping pattern was lower. It was useful to avoid high-temperature obstacle during the growth and development stage.3. M-type wide ridge body was expanded, which created a marginal advantage and made good use of marginal effect. The new cropping pattern improved the ecological environment in the tobacco field, which was favorable for the individual to grow and develop. The converse third leaf area was improved by 26.19%, while the middle leaf area was improved by 4.99% in topping stage. It was important to solve crown closure, poor ventilation and light, injured leaves by field operations.4. The new cropping pattern under plastic film mulching and straw mulching improved soil perviousness, which created suitable environmental conditions for soil enzyme activities. The variation of soil available nutrient contents changed mildly and maintains a high content. The dry matter accumulation was increased by 6.37% during rosette stage, while 9.23% in budding stage. After harvesting pea, it was important to improve soil physical and chemical properties.5. The new cropping pattern improved total sugar content,reducing sugar content,potassium content et al. ,and there were lower total nitrogen content and total plant alkaloid content ,but no significant effect on chlorine. The new cropping pattern with straw mulching played an important role in improving potassium content. The sugar to nicotine ratio as well as potassium chloride ratio was more coordinated, all in appropriate range of quality tobacco. It provided a new way to improve the quality of tobacco.6. The new cropping pattern favored mechanized operation and improved the efficiency of mulching, as well as saved plastic film by 22.2%.Planting peas saved 2193.57 yuan/hm2.In all, the new cropping pattern saved 6126.6 yuan/hm2. The new cropping pattern with plastic film mulching and straw mulching had the highest output value, significantly higher than CK, was the best cropping pattern. |
