Development And Design Of Ecological Non-commercial Forest Management And Evaluation Information System Based On GIS Technology

The human living environments were destroyed with the development of society, speeding up of urbanization and decreasing of forestry resources. The human requirement of forest tourism increasingly up with developing of economy and improvement of human living conditions, and the social requirement of forestry ecological benefits were rise, ecological non-commercial forest construction became more importance. But the ecological non-commercial forest management had many difficulties, especially in the management of the ecological non-commercial forest space distributing. With increasing of the ecological non-commercial forest administrator and the variation of its service, the traditional manual management can't implement the integration management, inquiring, counting of figure data and attribute data, and taking much time when recording the data. Now, we have some non-commercial forest administrator system, just recording simple data and the efficiency is low, the function of figure manipulation is weak, can't distribute the mission on the figure, administration region is confusion, it can solve those problems if the combining the GIS, database technology and network administration information system.Based on those conditions, this paper take the implementing non-commercial forest administrator and benefit evaluation as its target, studying how to create a non-commercial forest administrator and evaluation information system based on GIS. This information system can implement the forest administrator evaluating the benefit of recorded information, and can issue the space data on the internet in form of electron map, also can examine and count information cross. This system composed with C/S and B/S, C/S took used of Visual Basic language, the data-base introduced the Access data base with Arcengine module of ArcGis, B/S took used of .net language, the data-base introduced the Oracle data base with ArcIMS module of ArcGis.This paper combine with the non-commercial forest administrator and evaluation information system which based on GIS, the paper analyzing the feasibility, investigating the customer requirement, designing the system, developing the system of this system, constructing the basic frame, implementing the correspondent function, such as recording, distributing mission, benefit evaluation, checking the figure data and attribute data cross of the non-commercial forest administrator and evaluation information system which based on GIS. And the paper pointing the problem non-commercial forest administrator and evaluation information system which based on GIS need to study continuly.
