Through the experiment, discovered that the rotational speed higher, the uniformity of seeding worse and damaging rate higher. When the level of seed surpassed the height of clear-brushes, the displacement and damaging rate slightly increases. The performance of "bucket type" hole is good, and the seed damaging rate is low. This kind of seed-box also damaging rate in certain. The experiment also discovered, when the wheel diameter is 160mm and rotational speed between 33.7r/min and 45r/min the performance all achieved the performance index. In the wheel there are two kinds of holes for throwing one or two seeds. And the density of each row holes is different. Through changing the choice-flapper, the quantity and seeds distance can change in the certain scope under the condition of not changing the rotational speed.This seeder carried by the Huaza-5 rape seeds, but this research can be used on seeding other varieties of rape or the finely ground particles seeds. Because the difference of physical characteristics of rape seeds not very large.
